KEZON101 Interview With Maria Luisa V. Subeldia Of Telsource Solution "I Can"

1. Where did the idea for Telsource Solution come from?

Telsource Solution is a product of my bold mind and idea. This company is really a bold move for me. I have been working online for almost 9 years.

I’ve also worked in the BPO industry for some 2-4 years but I still do online jobs and projects and it work well for me since I am a mom of 4 and not to mention Its really very convenient for me to work in the comfort of my own home and take care of the kids at the same time. There came the idea of putting up a Home based training center.

There are not too many people here in Quezon knows about home based job so I have come up of this idea especially for the mom’s and other people out there that they can really do WORK FROM HOME JOBS. Our aim is to promote work from home jobs and also to build a group here in Quezon Province who are online workers. So each of us can benefit  from each others learning we can exchange ideas thus TELSOURCE SOLUTION was born.

2. How do you bring ideas to life?

With the help of my mom and my husband, we started  this August 2013 with just one PC and I am the only one working. I just outsource workers from different parts of the Philippines. But now what we are focusing on trainings for the people here in Quezon and helping them how to set up their own home office and eventually work from home themselves.

3. What’s one trend that really excites you?

What excites me the most is that there would be more people aware on how work from home works and be able to build a group here in Quezon which are all home based online workers and we can share knowledge regarding latest trends on the web.

4. What is one habit of yours that makes you more productive as an entrepreneur?

I am a positive thinker, aggressive and I don’t easily quit. Even if everybody is against what I am doing. If I believe so that I can do it. I will make sure that I CAN. That’s my drive to become productive.

5. What was the worst job you ever had and what did you learn from it?

Working home based and remotely is like a gamble that there are times during the first  months I started working there are clients that won’t pay us. Moral Lesson: It made me became choosy and to investigate first the client before doing business with them.

6. As an entrepreneur, what is the one thing you do over and over and recommend everyone else do?

To be hardworking and to be persistent. This works well for me.

7. What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business? Please explain how.

TEAMWORK and PERSISTENCE

8. What is one failure you had as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?

One failure that we have is when we had one big project and the client did not pay us. All of us suffered but it made me become more aware and cautious with the clients we are dealing with.

9. What is one business idea that you’re willing to give away to our readers?

Don’t be afraid to gamble. Life has its ups and downs. Just believe in yourself, be persistent and  learn from your mistakes. Don’t let experiences in the past hinder you from what you are doing right now and don’t let criticism affect you but make is as an inspiration to do better and strive harder.

10. Tell us something about you that very few people know?

I am a music lover and I used to be a local celebrity here in Quezon Province before when I was on my teenage years

11. What software and web services do you use?

What do you love about them? We often use skype and gtalk for client communication. We use a predictive dialer for our campaigns especially telemarketing campaigns.

12. What is the one book that you recommend our community should read and why?

Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki

13. What people have influenced your thinking and might be of interest to others?

Dr. Robert Cochran is one of the Idealist and Mentors that inspires me the most. Especially his quote on Homebased Business. http://reggiecochran.blogspot.com/

“Perseverance is a big key to your home based business success. Building a home based business is not something that just happens overnight. It will take time. Remember Rome was not built overnight and neither will your home business.” Dr. Robert Cochran

Even though we are experiencing a lot of ups and down I do believe that we will prosper as long as I don’t lose hope and don’t stop believing that we can do it. And eventhough we didn’t prosper financially at least I was able to build a group of people willing to share their knowledge and skills with other people and promote awareness the internet and social media is not that bad after all. I can be one of your aces to become successful in any field.

Thanks a lot for this one!!
